At Ethic, I led the creation of a new sustainable behavior initiative called "Sustainability for Everyone." In this key role, I developed the UX and product roadmap while driving the content and creative strategy. I managed a team of freelance creatives, conducted in-depth user research, and guided the project’s direction, including positioning, product design, and visual brand identity.
