I built a nationwide network of freelance editors and videographers to support content production, overseeing the entire process from brainstorming with editors and writers, budget management to final delivery. I produced a wide range of visual and written content, including photo galleries, social media assets, book excerpts, celebrity interviews, recipes, and breaking news. I also managed the production of short-form branded content videos, for cover stories and special event coverage.
